Luiz Carlos Trabuco is one of the most well-known Brazilians around the world. He has a long and detailed career and has become one of Brazil’s leading entrepreneurs. Luiz Carlos Trabuco was originally born on 6 October 1951. He went to school and graduated with a degree in philosophy from São Paulo de Maria University. He originally began his career as an entry-level employee for Bradesco Bank working as a bank clerk at the age of 17. He spent the next 15 years working his way up through the corporate ladder taking on various job assignments for the corporation. By the end of these 15 years, he was promoted to the role of marketing director. As a marketing director for the banking Corporation he was able to help modernize the banking’s relationship with the media, and in the process, he was able to forge a closer relationship between the two. Continued work as a marketing director for the bank for a period of eight years until the time of 1992 when he was chosen to become the chief executive officer of a portion of the bank. This portion was a privately owned company with a focus on private pensions. He continued to act in this role until 1998. In 1998 he was elected as the managing director of Bradesco Bank and one year later he was chosen to become executive vice president for the Corporation.


As Executive Vice President of Bradesco Bank, he was able to launch the company’s shares on the New York Stock Exchange along with eight other subsidiary companies. It was this move that allowed him to double the Corporation’s asset holdings. By the end of his tenure of leadership for the company, it had managed to create a non-disputable place as one of the nation’s leading banking entities. You have a total market share of around 25%.

Luiz Carlos Trabuco has served as the president and chief executive officer of Bradesco bank for several years, and in 2016 he extended the age limitations for the role of leadership within the company. At the time the president must have been under the age of 65, but it was extended to 67 years of age. Now he has recently announced a successor that will take his place as president and chief executive officer for the company. This individual has been chosen to reprocess a formal succession and has been appointed and nominated by an appointment committee.
